At Drucker Diagnostics, we value the partnerships that allow us to make a meaningful impact in healthcare across the globe. One such partnership is with Franco Arias, the co-founder of Kyrios Soter Scientific, a Miami-based distributor that supports key clients across Latin America. His story exemplifies what sets Drucker Diagnostics apart—our flexibility, reliability, and dedication to our partners.

From Humble Beginnings to a Major Distributor

Franco Arias co-founded Kyrios Soter Scientific in 2008 in his very own living room alongside his wife Cecilia. Despite starting small, the Arias’ passion for building relationships and providing high-quality products led to the rapid growth of the company. Kyrios Soter Scientific is a family business to this day, as well as a certified women-owned minority business, delivering essential medical supplies to a wide network of healthcare providers and distributors across Latin America.

A pivotal moment in Kyrios Soter’s early years came when Arias received an unexpected call from a major distributor in Mexico. They were urgently seeking a high-capacity centrifuge and required 220 units that needed to be delivered within just two weeks. Despite the scale of the order and the tight deadline, Arias immediately thought of Drucker Diagnostics as the only partner capable of meeting such a challenge.

“At Drucker Diagnostics, we’re always ready to rise to the occasion,” said Tom Mallison, Drucker Diagnostics president. “When we heard about the challenge Franco was facing, we were ready to do whatever it took to support him. That’s the level of commitment we bring to every partnership.”

Achieving “A Miracle” In Just Two Weeks

After speaking with Arias, Drucker Diagnostics shut down our entire operations facility to focus on producing the 220 centrifuges. “It was a miracle,” Arias said. “In two weeks, they managed to produce the entire order.”

Arias’ client in Mexico, a major service provider for the Mexican government, was on a strict timeline. Their need for fast delivery was non-negotiable, and Drucker Diagnostics’ ability to meet this demand solidified the relationship between Arias’ company and his client. This initial success was critical for Kyrios Soter Scientific, as it helped them build credibility in a competitive market.

One small but memorable moment during this project was when Arias made a video for his client, demonstrating the centrifuge’s quality by tapping on its metal chamber. This simple gesture—showing the solid construction of the equipment—resonated deeply with his client. “I knew that in Latin America, customers appreciate durable, high-quality products, so I made sure to highlight that aspect,” Arias explained. The video helped seal the deal, and the order was finalized.

Meeting the Urgent Demands of the Latin American Market

In Latin America, urgency is often the norm when it comes to medical equipment orders. “The Latin American market is different,” Arias said. “When there’s a need, it’s urgent, and you have to act fast.” Drucker Diagnostics’ ability to respond to these urgent requests has been key to our success in the region.

Arias notes that flexibility and trust are essential when dealing with the unique challenges of this market. “The beauty of working with Drucker is the flexibility,” he said. “They didn’t send someone to my house to check if I was legitimate—they trusted me. That’s something rare in this business.”

Drucker Diagnostics’ willingness to adapt and accommodate the needs of the Latin American market has allowed Arias to continue growing his business, even during slower sales periods. “Not every year is going to be a blockbuster year, but Drucker understands that,” he said. “They honor their commitments and maintain strong relationships, even when the market is down.”

Looking Toward the Future

While the last few years have presented challenges, Arias remains optimistic about the future. Political changes in countries like Mexico may open new opportunities for business, and Arias is confident that the strong relationship between Kyrios Soter Scientific and Drucker Diagnostics will continue to thrive.

“Every year is different, but as long as we continue working closely together, we’ll be ready for whatever comes next,” he said. “The relationship we’ve built with Drucker is based on trust and a shared commitment to delivering the best possible products and service to our clients.”

A Partnership Built on Trust and Flexibility

Franco Arias’ story illustrates the power of partnership. Kyrios Soter Scientific has become a key player in the Latin American healthcare market, thanks in large part to Drucker Diagnostics’ unwavering support. Whether it’s meeting urgent deadlines or providing flexible solutions, Drucker’s dedication to its partners continues to make a difference in the global healthcare landscape.

“Our relationship with Franco and Kyrios Soter is a perfect example of what drives us at Drucker Diagnostics,” said Mallison. “It’s not just business—it’s a shared commitment to making people safter, healthier, and more productive.”

As we look toward the future, we’re excited to continue supporting Arias and other partners like him, making people safer, healthier, and more productive across Latin America and beyond.
