Drucker Diagnostics Expands European Service Capabilities Through Partnership with Poly Temp Scientific

Authorized service provider agreement strengthens Drucker’s commitment to quality and customer support across the EU and UK.

PORT MATILDA, PA – MAY 2026 Drucker Diagnostics, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of clinical, veterinary, and regenerative medicine centrifuges, is expanding its European service capabilities through a new authorized service provider partnership with Poly Temp Scientific, a Netherlands-based laboratory equipment service company. The partnership expands Drucker’s service and support infrastructure across Europe, allowing EU and UK customers to receive the same industry-leading centrifuge support without the need to ship instruments back to the United States.

Poly Temp Scientific, a family-owned company with more than 40 years of experience, operates from its headquarters and service center in Bolsward, Netherlands. The company’s certified specialists provide supply, installation, and maintenance for a wide range of laboratory equipment and clients, including medical and research universities, hospitals, blood banks, and laboratories. Through this new partnership, Poly Temp Scientific is fully authorized to perform all service and repair work on Drucker centrifuges at the same standard Drucker maintains domestically.

The move significantly enhances the service experience for European customers, who previously needed to arrange international shipment of instruments to Drucker’s Central Pennsylvania facility for service and repair. With Poly Temp now handling EU service operations, customers benefit from reduced lead times, simplified logistics, and the elimination of complex international customs coordination.

At the time of release, European customers will continue to initiate service requests directly through Drucker’s support team, who will coordinate with Poly Temp’s Netherlands facility to handle depot repair, return logistics, and customer follow-through.
