Marketing Associate – Drucker Diagnostics

This position reports to the Marketing Communications Manager and supports the promotion of Drucker Diagnostics products. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience over a wide area of Marketing under the guidance of an experienced Marketing team.

Essential Duties and responsibilities:

The position has four main areas of responsibility:

• Plan and coordinate tradeshows, distributor, and partner meetings. Work on pre-show promotion with the Marketing Communications Manager
• Create content for media campaigns, promotions, and projects under the supervision of the Marketing Communications Manager, working with the Graphic designer
• Assist in creating materials used for proposals, correspondence, presentations, and reports
• Coordinate submission of content to distributors, as need arises

Indispensable Skills and Qualifications

To be considered, a candidate needs to exhibit the following skills:

• Ability to manage small projects such as content creation or tradeshow participation from A to Z (Training will be provided on the specifics)
• Superb attention to details and ability to attend to many details
• Strong writing skills for modern Marketing content
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of and experience using the Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to communicate with clarity

Key Tasks
• Gather and verify internal information for the creation of content
• Create Marcom content as required
• Create, edit and update operating manuals
• Provide proof reading and editing for other members of the Marketing team
• Handle tradeshows and distributor shows
• Manage the internal processes for distributing and storing Marketing documents
• Coordinate submission of content to distributors
• Make changes in existing documents in Adobe Creative Suite
• Create or work on training material in various formats in conjunction with others

• Experience in a Marketing or Project Management position
• Graphic design
• Video production and editing
• Photography
• Foreign languages
• Experience in a health care environment
• WordPress experience

Education and /or experience:
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Language skills:
• Foreign languages appreciated but not required

Computer skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

Physical demands:
• Sitting, 6+ hours per work day
• Standing, less than 2 hours per work day

Work Environment:
• Office

Travel Requirements:
• Infrequent
